slow circles of nature....

"Everything that slows us down and forces patience, everything that sets us back into the slow circles of nature, is a help. Gardening is an instrument of grace."

May Sarton

thanks Mary...
I found a little space in this busy time to post something visual stimulating - each has a strong uniqueness to it whist dealing somehow with the botanical....and in some cases seed pods.
thanks you for your thoughts,
Sophie

I am captivated by the beautiful images in this post. Such a treat! I am not surprised that the quote and the top image are from one of my fave blogs for inspiration - Art Propelled. Came across the beautiful Olaf Hayek image some time ago too where I reblogged it on my Tumblr blog.
